Rythmia Room Reseller is responsible for collection of payment, Rythmia Room Reseller will process the fee for everything included in your stay, medical supervision, program prices, food, accommodations and every non-medicine payment associated with your stay. The fee for medicine is due to the medical company on-site at the resort and will be the only out-of-pocket expense that will be due at the resort unless you should wish to tip staff. That fee is a fixed fee of $299 and covers four medical appointments within the Herbal Support Therapy program during your stay. For additional medical appointments within the Herbal Support Therapy program, there is a fixed fee of $99 per medical appointment within the Herbal Support Therapy program.

All reservations cancelled 10 days before your arrival date will receive full refund or credit towards future stays. Any cancellations to your reservation done within 10 days of your arrival date will be credited towards future trips. Payment in full is required within 14 days of receipt of your initial deposit. We will send further emails with information on your stay.
If you have requested a refund, within the approved window of time, you will receive said refund within 7-10 business days from the date of request. All funds pertaining to the refund will be issued in the form of a check, made payable to the guest and only the guest.
